I grew up here, learned to swim in this lagoon, watched the sun set over these waters hundreds of times. This isn't a place I chose — it's the place I am.

Quindici anni fa, insieme a mia moglie, ho preso in affitto questa villa affacciata sulla laguna. Non sapevamo esattamente cosa avremmo fatto, ma sapevamo che non volevamo andarcene. Da quella decisione è nato Al Vecchio Pontile.
Fifteen years ago, my wife and I rented this villa overlooking the lagoon. We didn't know exactly what we'd do with it, but we knew we didn't want to leave. Al Vecchio Pontile was born from that decision.
Vor fünfzehn Jahren haben meine Frau und ich diese Villa mit Blick auf die Lagune gemietet. Wir wussten nicht genau, was wir damit machen würden, aber wir wussten, dass wir nicht weggehen wollten. Aus dieser Entscheidung entstand Al Vecchio Pontile.

Abbiamo ristrutturato ogni angolo, scelto ogni dettaglio. La Tramontana che rinfresca le notti d'estate. Lo Scirocco che porta il caldo dall'Africa. Il Ponente che tinge il cielo di arancio al tramonto.
We restored every corner, chose every detail. The Tramontana that cools the summer nights. The Scirocco that brings warmth from Africa. The Ponente that paints the sky orange at sunset.
Wir haben jeden Winkel renoviert, jedes Detail ausgewählt. Die Tramontana, die die Sommernächte kühlt. Der Scirocco, der die Wärme aus Afrika bringt. Der Ponente, der den Himmel bei Sonnenuntergang orange färbt.
